We are looking for a tech savvy, tenacious and self-motivated Technical Support Coordinator to join the fast-growing Nokē team. Reporting directly to the Nokē Product Manager, the Technical Support Coordinator will be responsible for diagnosing any hardware or software faults, and resolve the issues either in person or over the phone. The position will be based in the Sales & Marketing Department.
Responsibilities and duties for the role will include:
Responding to queries via email, or phone.
Providing technical assistance for questions and problems.
Diagnosing system errors and other issues.
Prioritise and manage several open issues at one time
Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues.
Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems.
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
Prepare accurate and timely reports
Work in conjunction with the Sales and Operations teams to determine necessary job components and proactively correct project concerns.
Provide emergency response as requested by Janus customers
Occasionally coordinate with installers to insure installation of Noke parts according to Janus specifications.
Key Attributes / Skills:
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
Highly organised with time management skills and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with customers, installers and Janus internal colleagues.
Experience of working with installers and understanding installation means and methods.
Knowledge in access control systems installations preferred, but any relevant technical experience considered.
Possess a customer-centric attitude with the ability to collaborate.
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, Project.
Although this role will be primarily office based, the candidate must be willing to travel, as cover for the other team members who travel frequently will be required from time to time.
The candidate needs excellent spoken and written English with any other European language/s an advantage
