Janus Europe is the market leader for the design and construction of the European self-storage industry, and we are looking for a tenacious, enthusiastic and self-motivated Finance Administrator to join our team as we grow and develop. The Finance Administrator will ensure accurate and timely customer invoicing and debt collection, as well as maintaining records and ensuring compliance with external financial reporting.
Responsibilities and duties for the role will include:
Sales invoices and credit notes
Liaise with auditor
Ad hoc reporting
Month end reporting
Customer statements & annual key account reviews
Liaise with factory re: deposits received
File and archive invoices
Credit card application management
Cover Accounts Payable
Key Attributes / Skills:
Data entry skills
Attention to detail
Intermediate in Excel
Good written and verbal English communication skills are essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
The role will be based at our Twickenham office, sits within our Finance department and will report directly to the Finance Manager.
